The Gaga Of Them All♥

I have a fair collection of perfumes that is never ending. I shall be growing it indefinitely, I just love it. There's a huge variety of perfumes out there, from sweet perfumes to musky perfumes, there sure is one out there for every one. Very much like makeup, the packaging attracts me to the perfume. There's no surprise that the Lady Gaga Fame was one that caught my eye.

The whole illusion of a claw cap is unique, and for the perfume to be a black liquid, it's rather interesting. Looking at the bottle, you would expect the fragrance to be dark, mysterious and curious. I cannot be any further from the complete opposite. It's fruity, sweet and almost delicious. When sprayed, it's not too overpowering but the scent itself is on the strong side. As for staying power, it lasts a good few hours. This might be down to me not being able to smell it because it's on myself.

I've had multiple complements when I wear this perfume - doesn't that prove something?! I haven't came across anyone who dislikes it. I don't mind buying a perfume that's by a celebrity - if I like a perfume, I like a perfume, no matter who designed it (unless it was Marc Jacobs because you know, it's Marc Jacobs).

I love this perfume, it's one of my Spring/Summer perfumes due to the fruitiness. You can read more about my Summer perfumes here which features this perfume.

The Lancôme Product That Makes Your Skin Energised♥*

I love trying new products, and I love trying new brands too. I know that Lancôme are raved about for their skincare, so when their promotional pack for their Énergie de Vie Liquid Moisturiser* landed through my letterbox, I was pretty eager to give it a go.

The packaging that the promotional set comes in is rather sleek and sophisticated. It clicks shut really satisfyingly - as if there were a magnet or something inside. Personally, I like the packaging - the "You are unstoppable" is quite motivational ha! The only fault is that I can see all the dirt and fingerprints on them which is annoying but nonetheless!

As it's a promotional product, it obviously doesn't come with a full sized product. Instead, it comes with the right amount for a whole week. The inside details with the days of the week are an added extra - it actually keeps track of the days too.

With it being a liquid moisturiser, I was totally unsure about the consistency of it. Once I popped open the top part open, I poured out the product very slowly. It was the consistency of a moisturiser as it is on the thicker side, yet it is still runny like the liquid would suggest. It smells gorgeous - it's enriched with Goji Berry extract as well as Lemon Balm Oil, I guess from there you could guess how "energetic" it is. It claims to leave your skin looking energised, healthier and hydrated. It does make my skin feel hydrated; my skin looked quite radiant: and for healthier, I couldn't quite notice a difference.

As a whole, I believe this liquid moisturiser is quite nice. Would I buy a full size? I would like a full size bottle to trial for longer, maybe a month or so, to see if I could notice a vast difference.

Have you tried this moisturiser? What are your thoughts on it?

Bargain Buys - Lip Liners♥

Hands up who likes a bargain? I know I do! As delightful and fantastic it may be to splurge every so often, there is absolutely nothing wrong with picking up a bargain here and there, or if you are on a bit more of a budget, bargains are a lot more purse friendly. Lipliners have taken the beauty world by storm. Many highend brands do lipliners, although, I have only ever opted for the drugstore opinion. So, which one?

MUA are a well-known brand for their budget friendly but high quality makeup - some products start at £1, can you possibly ask for anything more?! I was in need of some lipliners a while back, and had no clue where to begin. It did not cross my mind twice when I walked past the MUA stand in Superdrug. I went ahead and bought two - Pink Me Up for almost any pink shade and Red Drama for the classic red lip.

One thing that is super handy about the lipliner's packaging is that the lid comes with a sharpener so no need to hunt any down, and that to me is a bonus. Looking at them, they ooze with pigmentation - just look at that red! I have not came across any problem sharpening them - they do not snap or crack at all, fortunately.

Both the liners have been only been drawn on twice. As you can gather, they are extremely pigmented. They are not sheer at all, which means you are able to apply all over the lip if you desire. The two I own are stunning colours - they would certainly suit a variation of skin tones. The only downfall I can see from these is that they have the tendency to feel slightly drying on the lips, but once a lipstick is applied on top, you forget about them even feeling dry!

For £1, what can I honestly complain about? When applied alone, they are almost matte. I find they are absolute bargains - the colour range is quite vast, the packaging is slick, the pigmentation is overwhelmingly amazing and the lasting power is pretty strong. They are the lipliners every makeup addict should add to their collection!

Have you tried these lipliners? What are your bargain lipliners?

The Most Beautiful Urban Decay Range Ever?♥*

Four words; Urban Decay Gwen Stefani. Four words that have recently made beauty lovers go crazy. Everything from the palettes to the individual products themselves are beautifully packaged and are beautiful too. The whole aesthetic of Urban Decay is stunning. It's no surprise when these landed through my letterbox on my birthday, it was like a dream come true.

The boxes are super pretty but the packaging of the products themselves are also 11/10. Urban Decay were smart and sent out a matching lipstick and liner, officially winning at life. I was on two minds whether or not to wait and take photos of the products before use, but the excitement got the better of me.

The Gwen Stefani Brow Box* is one of the cutest brow set I have ever laid eyes on. The design of the packaging is very similar to the Gwen blushes and eyeshadow palettes. It comes with a wax and two powders, as well as a pair of the cutest tweezers ever and two small brushes. The wax helps sit the brows down in place before the powder(s). The shade on the left was perhaps made for my brows. Thank you, UD.

With red lipsticks, I would say a lipliner is essential, and to match the lipstick above, the Gwen Stefani 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil in 714* is my chosen liner to go. As it's from the glide-on collection, you could probably guess it does exactly as the name would suggest; it literally does glide on. For classy red lips, then the Gwen Stefani Lipstick in 714* will most definitely be the lipstick that is needed in your collection. It is by far one of the most beautiful red shades in my collection, and I own many. It's creamy and highly pigmented - it's fair to say I was blown away the first time I used it. Used in conjunction, my red lips are bolder than bold.

The setting sprays from Urban Decay are raved about like crazy. I've been trying out the De-Slick Makeup Setting Spray*. It claims to be an oil-control, and with having oily skin, I jumped upon this to give it a shot. The first time I primed, course used foundation then sprayed this. Fair to say it helped my makeup stay in tack in almost all areas of my face for slightly longer. My nose, however, was still oily, but the makeup did last a little longer there than usual.

I am loving the Gwen Stefani range so far, and I am only three products in. I just need all the other lipstick and lipliner shades, and the blush and eyeshadow palette to complete my collection now. Not to mention the rest of the Urban Decay range itself. If only money did grow on trees, eh?

Have you tried the Gwen Stefani range?

Budget Brand That Doesn't Disappoint♥*

W7 is a brand known famously for their bargain products (and dupes). I love a good bargain, and I know W7 is a brand I can trust. With a varying mix of products from eyeshadow palettes to cheek tints, there truly is something for everyone, and I love that. W7 recently sent me some goodies and the most exciting part? I didn't know what they were sending out, oh the excitement when I opened the box!

Palettes, more specifically eyeshadow palettes, are one of my favourite makeup products to buy. I have an evergrowing and overgrowing collection of them, but who can resist? When I saw the W7 'In The Night' Up In Smoke Eye Colour Palette*, I could not wait to give it a bash. With it being my third W7 palette in my collection, I knew it would give a good result. As expected from the name, most of the shades are "smoky", however, the first five shades are less intense and more wearable. What I like is the fact the grey shades are actually different to each other, thankfully. As standard W7 palettes, it comes with a brush. Nothing brilliant but nothing terrible.

Mascara; no matter how thin or thick the wand appears, I'll give it a shot. The W7 Thick Em' Up Extra Thick Lashes Mascara - Blackest Black* has a massive wand - in all honesty, I was a little intimidated to try it incase I stabbed my eyeball or anything. It's a plastic wand, but I don't have a preference of wand type. I tried it itself (without layering on top of other mascaras etc) and it gave a lot of volume, not so much length. The mascaras consistency is ever so slightly on the wet side so is prone to clumping, but apart from that, it's pretty good. It's best to use itself without other mascaras.

For some odd reason, I actually do not own that many clear lipglosses. Surprising, isn't it? The W7 Kiss Me Plumping Lip Gloss* is clear and claims to be "plumping". I can see where it's meant to be "plumping" - it has a minty/peppermint scent to it which is meant to plump lips. I cannot see much of a difference to my lips when I wear it, but I just enjoy wearing it as a clear gloss. It's not sticky at all, fortunately.

The product I was perhaps most curious to. The W7 Lip and Cheek Stain - A Hint Of Tahiti* reminds me of Benefit's Benetint - I'm assuming that is the idea. I was almost clueless to how to use it, mainly because I was afraid of having the "dots" left on my cheeks. It blends okay, but I feel I don't suit the pink shade that well on my cheeks, however, it looks much prettier on my lips.

As always, I have not been disappointed by W7! I highly recommend their eyeshadow palettes if you are looking for an inexpensive palette (or palettes, you know) to buy.

What have you tried from W7 that you have loved?
