There are so many skincare brands out there that it's hard to keep up with them all and their new releases. I hadn't ever heard of Rivage* but when they contacted me, I was curious as they use natural dead sea minerals. The concept really intrigued me and I was sent three of their products.
Nourishing Facial Mud Mask* - I love nothing more than a good face mask, especially a mud mask. I wouldn't say there's a noticeable, distinct scent. It dries pretty quickly, and washes off fairly easily too. Afterwards, the result is incredible - my skin feels impeccably smooth - and I think that this is due to the fact it is enriched with honey extract, and honey is a natural ingredient often added into homemade face masks. Not only does my skin feel better, but it also looks better - my skin looks brighter also. I honestly love this and it has been my go-to face mask lately. It helps to dry up any spots I have, helping to improve my skin.
Regenerating Sea Salts* - If the fact these are regenerating doesn't draw you in, then what will? I couldn't wait to test them! I got carried away first time using them and probably used more than required, but it didn't spoil the bath. The water turned blue, which I had anticipated, and it honestly looked as though a lush bath bomb was used. It had quite a strong, refreshing scent which I can't quite distinguish but I like it, personally. My skin felt really smooth and I loved using these after a long day - perfect for de-stressing and unwinding!
Revitalising Bath Salts* - These bath salts are revitalising, and to say the least, I was excited to try them, and the colour did draw me in slightly too. Just like the previous salts, these changed the bath water, this time to orange. I really liked the smell of these too - they were minty and rather refreshing too. I feel they were on the revitalizing side as I felt quite relaxed and as though I had managed to unwind a bit after using them.
I would say that I am highly impressed with Rivage and their products. If you could get your hands on them, then I suggest you do, especially the face mask!
Have you ever tried Rivage?
